Internet Explorer / IE >> IE7 - to upgrade?

Judging from the posts to this NG it would seem that upgrading to IE7 is not
a wise thing to do. However, it is the very nature of things that only bad
news is brought to the NG. Although it has been available for only a short
time is it possible to give an balanced assessment of this product?

Thanks.

Nonsense. People without problems don't post to say "I installed IE7 and
didn't have any problems."

Were you around when IE6 came out?
