Internet Explorer / IE >> Cable disconneccted problem

I have an intermittent fault.
In the task bar I have an icon which say's "A network cable is disconnected"
on checking all my connections they are OK, however if I restart the
computer the fault no longer exists.
Win XP SP2
DSL Router
Home Plugs
I use home plugs as the computer is outside the house.
Can anyone help please
Thanks

Internet Explorer / IE >> Cable disconneccted problem I'd contact Home Plugs (http://www.homeplugs.net/) support about this, if I
were you.

Internet Explorer / IE >> Cable disconneccted problem Hi Robear,
I changed the Dlink router for Homeplugs own router and the problem is
solved, I have also unistalled Norton and now have a nice clean boot, event
