Internet Explorer / IE >> Internet Explorer 7 (Think I hate it)

Just installed IE7 and I have to say I am not happy.
It's constantly crashing
If I try to open a PDF file I get a memory error and IE shuts down. It's
causing me no end of problems as a lot of the sites I use for research
include PDF documents. Is anyone else having this problem and do Microsoft
plan to rectify it soon?

Internet Explorer / IE >> Internet Explorer 7 (Think I hate it) This is not normal behavior. Adobe and PDF files work on my system. Try
uninstalling Adobe then reinstalling or my preference for my Computer is to
read in a separate process. Adobe reader / Edit / Preferences / Internet
uncheck display PDF in browser (This pulls up the Adobe Reader in a separate
application from the browser when a PDF link is clicked).

Internet Explorer / IE >> Internet Explorer 7 (Think I hate it) Hi,
First clear your Temporary Internet Files (Internet Options> General>
Browsing History> Delete> (next screen) Delete files. Also, set the size of
the cache to 60-80 MB... Internet Options> General> Browsing History>
Settings.

See other troubleshooting steps at

The memory error could indicate an incompatible add-on.

For the PDF problem, uninstall then redownload/reinstall Adobe Reader.

Hope this helps,
