The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded

Hi,

I am using Windows XP SP2.Lately I upgraded my IE6 to IE7.Whenever I use the

banking facilities,I received the message"The Java Runtime Environment cannot

be loaded.I tried to Uninstall & reinstall the IE7 and Java,but no better

result.

Please kindly assist to solve my problem.Thank you.

Go to Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs and remove all Java versions.

With Windows Explorer go to C:\Program Files and remove all Java folders.

Now reinstall the latest Java from www.java.com .
