Microsoft Outlook Web Access stops responding

Every time I go to write a message via MOWA (the client my university uses

for its email) the cursor stops moving and the window i'm typing the message

in stops responding for about a minute and then it starts working again. It

pretty much does this until the email is finished and sent.
