The "certificates that are not by a trusted CA" warrning

Internet Explorer80
Hi I was just wondering for the companies that don't have their CA Trusted by

verisign or another third party... it doesn't mean that they are

automatically unsafe just because they are unknown. I have checked a few

sites and the warning is very upfront and can scare off users.

Whatâ??s you advice to companies that, while they do have an https site on the

internet; the site is only used by employees or a select few and thus having

the CA trusted by a third party isn't that appealing and seen as just as an

additional cost. In fact the fewer people know the public keys the better?

Wholeheartedly agree!!...telling users that my 3rd party SSL provider is

unsafe is an insult and isn't it illegal to bully tactic in this manner?

I agree too.. Have posted a simular question too with no answer. I am glad

other people see this as important.

I wont be recommending users to use this Browser unless this is fixed.

There are lots of sites that use 3rd party SSL providers that arnt Verisign.

This needs to be addressed before release !
