Internet Explorer / IE >> Hotfix for email header/IE7 problem seems to work

I rang Microsoft Customer Support today and got the hotfix for IE7 regarding
OE6 email headers not printing.
Seems to work fine.
At first they suggested I should revert to IE6 for Windows XP as IE7 is for
Vista (yes I know IE7 is pushed as an update to XP), but when I asked for
the hotfix it was provided without a murmur. The file extraction tool
requires a seven day password which is in their email with a download link.
Not sure why they're being so coy but there you go.

Internet Explorer / IE >> Hotfix for email header/IE7 problem seems to work I guess you missed the one in the WM NG where MS Support told the guy he had
to reformat and reinstall Vista because the WM database was corrupt.

Believe it.

Its a digital jungle out there.

I kid you not. In fact I was left with the distinct impression that if I
hadn't known about the hotfix and could therefore request it I would still
be blissfully unaware. The email they sent with the link to the fix said
"WARNING: This fix is not publicly available through the Microsoft website
as it has not gone through full Microsoft regression testing" so they're
obviously being rather cautious, which is understandable -- I imagine that
software "regression testing" is a black art that could take quite a while.
My only real criticism is that I and others reported this problem back in
Beta testing but it seems we were ignored.

I'll hear from anyone.

The e-mail message header does not print when you try to print an e-mail
message by using either Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 or Microsoft Outlook
Express
