Internet Explorer / IE >> Internet Explorer 7 - Too hard to work with, have deleted it !

Microsoft: IE7 appears to be a good start with some excellenct features.
BUT, it has serious flaws at this point.
1) It is excruciatingly SLOW starting up compared to IE6.
2) Its TOOL BARS are fixed and in all the wrong places. I want the STOP and
REFRESH on the left side. Even when I can move some of them and then LOCK
them, they move back afterwards.
3) It has a SEARCH textbox of its own, sorry but I use Google's and I don't
want two of those in the TOOL BARS. Microsoft's must be an option that can
be deleted.

Get these things fixed and I may take another look. Otherwise IE6 and/or
Mozilla will be my choice.

Cheers
