MP 11: Green Screen when playing wmv files

Hello,

if I want to play wmv files, it constantly changes to a green screen after a

short time. I have tried various setup options without success. I have

attached the info on my PC and system that I think might be required. Help is

greatly appreciated. Thx in advance!

Hi,

Typically this behavior is a result of not having the latest video

drivers. I don't know what version you have but here is a pointer to the

download site for your video card:

Please try updating your drivers and seeing if this resolves your issue.
