was "Now Playing" view. Which I liked because I have a visualization

- MediaPlayer >> Connect to CD burner?WMP11 has worked reasonably well for me with burning CD's until now.
I tried earlier tonight to burn one of my playlists to a CD with no success.
When I clicked on Start Burn, I received this message: Connect a burner and
restart the player.
My burners were connected yesterday. I've never had this problem before and
I have no idea how to fix it. Anyone's suggestions and help will be most
appreciated!!!
Thank you!

- MediaPlayer >> 0xC00D11AB: Cannot copy files to recordable discHi Folks
Im wondering if anyone can help with the problem Im
having burning cds using windows media player, I keep
getting the following message : 0xC00D11AB: Cannot copy
files to recordable disc.
This is only a recent occurence and it started when I
purchased some cheap blank cd-rs (no make) which were
incompatible with my cd writer which is a BENQ 3210A so I
scrapped them and bought ones Id used previously without
any problems....I burned about 3 cds before I started
getting this specific error message...I did what
microsoft recommend (change writing speed etc.) but Im
still getting this message!! Anybody have any ideas???
Ive tried looking for drivers etc. to solve the prob but
Im using Windows XP and apparantely they are not needed!
I do know my way around a PC but I am no expert so any
suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated..Thanks in
advance.......Karen

- Media Center >> VisualizersHi,
I am using Vista MC as the set top box on the TV.
When I try to use the Visualize feature to watch some graphics while
listening to music the visualizer doesn't fill the entire screen. It
shows up as a little box about 1/4th of the screen with the desktop in
the backgound. If I exit the Visualizer the screen returns to MC just
fine.
Any ideas what's going on here?
BTW, I've tried every screen resolution allowed and get only slightly
better results with lower rez, but still not full screen.

- Media Center >> NOT RECORDED: NO TUNERHello,
I used to record live TV by just clicking "Record" button. Now I have tried
to record using a timer - it did not work. I have tried to test-record a
couple of minutes of live TV using timer: when the time comes, it just erase
the title from a "Schedulede Recordings" menu and - nothing. Also, when I
just press "Record" within live TV screen, it shows "Manual Recording" screen
and does not record too. The message says: "Not recorded: NO TUNER". But I am
able to watch live TV on my PC very well. It just does not want to be
recorded.
Please, help.
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely
Ruslan.

- Media Center >> No Image appears over HDMI/DVI connection to TV. Please Helpi recently purchased a Sony SXRD projection TV and I have it connected to my
Media Center PC via 2 connections. One is the PC input (SXGA I'm assuming)
and the other is through the HDMI with a DVI adaptor cable for my video card
I have an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro video card that is connected to both ports.
When I try to view Media Center over the DVI to HDMI connection though, I get
a blank screen. I go back over to the PC input and make some changes in ATI's
Catalyst Control Center and then magically, I switch over to the HDMI
connection again and the image appears (thought it is highly overscanned and
somewhat pixelated).
Can someone help me? There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to what
changes I make in Catalyst, except I do see an error sometimes that says
"error changing display to 72 hz!"

- Media Center >> DTV "no signal message" but 6 bars on signal meterI'm having a problem in MCE2005 tuning in my local OTA PBS stations. Both
the station MCE automatically added to my guide (which has correct station
data, both physical and major), and an attempt to add it manually both result
in the "no signal" message when I try to view the channel in MCE.
When I check the MCE signal meter, both show full strength. I also have no
problems tuning this station in using the software which came with the card
(Dvico Fusion5 Gold). All other local OTA DTVchannels come in fine and the
card works flawlessly. I've tried mapping the guide data from the
appropriate digital cable channel. All drivers and rollups current. What
gives? Any help would be appreciated.
