Media Center >> XP Media Center Does anyone have an answer to my problem? I bought the recomended grafics
card (Microsoft recommended) GForce440 so I could view Media Center on my
Television. Yet when I follow all instructions to the tee it doesn't work. I
can get my desktop to appear on my T.V. but when I turn on MediaCenter it
will only come up on my Computer screen and my T.V. screen is still showing
the desktop...any help would be appreciated since I don't want to renew my
Tivo subscription in december,
Glenn Oliver

Media Center >> XP Media Center What version of MCE do have installed, I don't think the 440 works with MCE
2005 (the current version). It may work with the older versions. For MCE
2005, you need a FX5200 or better.

Media Center >> XP Media Center If you take the MCE display out of full screen you can drag it to the other
display.
The media display will come up on the primary monitor so if you make the TV
your primary display MCE should then open on your TV.
