Yes - All Team Editions come bundled with MSDN Premium exclusively. Why Because that's the way MS marketing decided to structure their product line. Seriously though, in the VS 2003 era, nearly everyone bought MSDN Enterprise edition because it was nearly the same price as VS 2003 Enterprise, but included all the other MSDN stuff in addition to VS. They just institutionalized what the market wa already doing by only offering the top-tier versions of VS bundled with MSDN.
Your list looks fine, except that for only 5 users you don't actually need to buy a copy of Team Foundation Server - the Workgroup Edition of TFS, which is included with every Team Edition of Visual Studio, will meet your needs (it supports up to 5 users).
One other thing - make sure that the Architect Edition really meets your needs. It's by far the most narrowly focused of the Team Edition versions and unless you're architecting a distributed enterprise application, it may well not be the best choice.
