How do I view all Pending Changes for other users

1. How do I view all Pending Changes for other users within the studio (equivalent to status search in SourceSafe)
i.e. i want to see which files are checked out to someone else
( I have deployed and am working with the RC version of Team Foundation Server and latest client)

2. How do I undo pending changes without causing a get latest and overwiting my local copy !

The easiest way is from the command line: tf status /user:*

If you prefer GUIs, you might like Status Sidekick.

Sorry, missed question #2. Undo does not Get Latest -- it downloads the version you had before you checked out the file. Of course, this does overwrite whatever changes you've made. That's by design. I can't think of any situation when I'd want to undo the pending change without also undoing the file contents. Can you elaborate

I am in the middle of changes to the checked out file, and someone needs it urgently. So I want to perform an undo checkout to enable them to work on it, but I don't want to loose the work I have done. (Later on I can merge them). Source safe provides for this this by asking local copy: leave, replace or delete

Assuming you have done a shared checkout the other person can also check out the same file.

From your post, it appears you haven't. Another option would be to shelve your changes and then merge your changes back into the branch once the other person's work is done.
