2.6.5 Does Not Search Network Drive

I have installed WDS 2.6.5, and it will index almost everything except my network drive. Copernic desktop search will index it (but won't show .msg file previews), and Windows Explorer will display its contents, but WDS 2.6.5 seems to ignore the network drive. I can check the box for it in the WDS Indexing Options dialog, but it does not seem to want to go there, and gives no errors or indications of problems of any kind.

You say that you can check the box next to the network drive, but WDS will not go there. Does the box retain the check In other words, do you still see the check if you close down indexing options and then re-open indexing options

Also, you may want to try rebuilding the index to see if it will cause WDS to crawl the network share.
