Exchange Servers Setup >> Exchange 2003 OWA and general question

I installed Exchange 2003 into my existing exchange organization. The old
server is Exchange 5.5.

The problem that I'm having is accessing the OWA on the Exchange 2003
server. If I go to the exchange 2003 servers OWA I get redirected to the old
exchange 5.5 OWA website. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have look for
redirections in IIS but don't see anything out of the ordinary.

Thanks,

Wayne

Exchange Servers Setup >> Exchange 2003 OWA and general question Did you install an additional Exchange 2003 OWA/FE server or are you going to
http://servername/exchange on your mailbox server.

Exchange Servers Setup >> Exchange 2003 OWA and general question Exchange 2003 will not front-end Exchange 5.5. Have you moved the mailboxes
to Exchange 2003?

Exchange Servers Setup >> Exchange 2003 OWA and general question I have not moved all of the mailboxes yet. However I have moved mine and
that is the one I'm trying to access.

I'm not going to use a front-end configuration we only have one Exchange
2003 server and only about 100 users.

This is what happens I access the new server http://NewEX2K3/Exchange and I
get redirected to http://OldEX5.5/Exchange

Do you have any other suggestions?

Exchange Servers Setup >> Exchange 2003 OWA and general question I don't know how or why this fixed my problem but it did.

I uninstalled IIS and reinstalled it and now the Exchange 2003 OWA is
working fine.

Thanks for all of your help.

Exchange Servers Setup >> Exchange 2003 OWA and general question You might have been too quick. This replication stuff takes time. Glad
you're up and running.

Exchange Servers Setup >> Exchange 2003 OWA and general question Thanks for all of the help Ed.

I think you might have been right. After reinstalling IIS it messed up the
Exchange routing engine. I then had to do a disaster recovery install on
Exchange to fix that problem. I was lucky that the only mailbox I had moved
to the new exchange server was mine. I would definitely not recommend
reinstalling IIS with Exchange 2K3 installed.

Thanks again for all the help this forum is great!
