Why doesn't this link work for me? A registered user in
Exchange 2003, named username wants to access the calendar
with

https://server/exchange/username/calendar

The response is just "Page cannot be found 404"

Does this work? https://server/exchange/username

If not, what "username" is he using? It should be the <local-part> of
his SMTP address in the default domain.

https://server/exchange/joe.blow should put him in his mailbox and
https://server/exchange/joe.blow/calendar should put him into his
Calendar folder.
