Exchange Servers Setup >> 5.5 functionality not obvious in 2k3

In Exchange 5.5, in the IMC under the Connections Tab is
the Delivery Options section. The Specify by E-Mail
option allowed us to specifically relay email to a "B"
site. We used it for mail spooling reasons, for backup
email purposes. I am unable to see where/how to recreate
this functionality in Exchange 2003. The "Forward all
messages for this domain to host:" option is what I need.
I don't want it to look up the DNS entry, I want to
effectively relay it to a different host and by IP address
if possible. This functionality existed in 5.5, in the
IMC. I could forward all mail by domain to specific
hosts, by IP address. Would love to figure out how to get
that functionality back.
Thanks,
Bill

Exchange Servers Setup >> 5.5 functionality not obvious in 2k3 you can still do the same with more control with the SMTP connector, specify
the address space and choose to "forward to" and type where you want to
forward this mail to.

Exchange Servers Setup >> 5.5 functionality not obvious in 2k3 Please remember that everything in W2K3 and E2K3 looks at FQDN names to send
or relay mail. If you set up Frontend and Backend servers see chapter 3 of
the Exchange 2003 Admininstration Guide.doc This is under the servers
properties page.

So are you saying that to accomplish this functionality you need to
set-up a seperate SMTP connector, set the Address Space to be SMTP,
domain.com, Cost 1 - and then basically make a Smart host on the
general page Forward all mail to... mail.domain.com? Seems a little
convoluted, when it was so easy before... Is there another way to do
this or is this the only way?
