We are currently running NT server 4.0 and Exchange 5.5. I have joined this orginization just recently and the method they have used to create Calendars for things like resources and rooms has been to create a new mailbox and then assign staff permission to the mailboxes



I believe in using Public Folders which they barely use. Is there a way that you can use the Public Folder more in this situation

Also we will be moving to Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 in the new year. Should we wait before making corprate changes?
