Exchange Servers Setup >> Inetnet mail failed

Hello,
As i use to mail to any other hotmail address or any other from my
Exchange 2003 account, the mail never reaches and i get this mail ...

Does this have some thing to do with reverse DNS lookup. ?? Please its
urgent.

Exchange Servers Setup >> Inetnet mail failed Check DNS and make sure that you can connect to the target domain MX
record via port 25, that is if the E2K3 server is using DNS for name
resolution. If the Exchange server is forwarding mail to another
relay, ensure that you can do DNS lookups to the Internet from there.

Ensure prot 25 is open for mail delivery and port 53 for DNS lookups
on your firewalls.
