I am trying to determine why it takes a long time for me
to receive mail from some external users. Is there a way
of telling where the delay occurs by looking at the
Internet Header portion of the mail?

Thanks
Emma

Yes. Each server that handles the message places a "Received" header
into the message. That header contains the time and date the message
was recieved by the server. It won;t tell you why the server took a
long time to _deliver_ the message, but you'll at least kn wher the
delay took place.
