Exchange Servers Admin >> updating free/busy information at the server level

Hello, Can someone please tell me if it is possible to
modify the free/busy information on the server level.
We would like to update the number of months of calendar
free/busy information for all on the exchange server. I
have not found a way to do this. Thank you, Darlene

Exchange Servers Admin >> updating free/busy information at the server level Darlene,
That is a client side setting and not a global Setting on the server.
Maybe the folks over on the Outlook newsgroup have a way to change all
clients.

Exchange Servers Admin >> updating free/busy information at the server level Nicholas, Thanks for the speedy response. I am not sure
what the Outlook Newsgroup actually is. Thanks Darlene

Exchange Servers Admin >> updating free/busy information at the server level You can do this via GPO and the Outlook .adm template. Grab the relevant
Outlook .adm template (i.e. Outlook 2000 = outlk9.adm) and import it into a
new GPO template. You can then centrally control the free/busy setting
within the template (as well as other settings) and push it out to the
desired clients via the GPO.
