I am recieving this message every time I try to print:

Runtime error!

This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. please contact applications support team for more information.

This has been happening on my new computer and I'm not sure of what to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer which hasn't helped. Any expertise is welcomed. I am not very computer savvy.
