On my pc I have installed net framework v1.0.3705 and v1.1.4322. I have installed a program and everytime I try to run the program. I get the following message.

to run this application,you first must install one of the following versions of the .net framework:

v2.0.50727

Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate verison of the .net framework.

I am not familer with net framework or how it works. Could someone give me some advice/help.

you need .NET Framework 2.0:

the app requires it and will not run on .NET 1.1 or earlier. So you could uninstall the others if you like or install .NET 2.0 along with the others. It will not conflict as it installs itself side by side
