Started getting the message: "The project location is not fully trusted by trusted by the .NET runtime." in Visual Studion 2003 and 2005 for projects stored on a network drive after installing IE7.

Problem fixed by unchecking Security Options for the "Local Intranet" for "Automatically detect intranet network". Left boxes checked for the other 3 options when the Automatically box was unchecked.
