Hello, I downloaded a software programme (exertrack) from www.exertrack.com; it worked properly before. I updated windows XP, scanned for malitious software. Now the application does not want to start. I recieve the message box with heading "BaseControllerUI" and message "Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Cache.CacheManager has encountered an exception, software will not start". I am no PC expert, but would appreciate help form someone that knows what to do, or what is wrong.

Hrmm... that doesn't sound like a good error message. I'd contact the vendor of the software. Unfortunately you probably won't have much luck finding an answer here, as these boards are intended for software development issues rather than general troubleshooting.
