You cannont host a Win Form Exe in Browser but you can for sure use a Windows Control (dll) in Internet Explorer.
The client Computer must have installed the right version of .Net Framework to view the Control and there are also some security settings required for the browser and .Net Runtime depending on the tasks performed by that Control.
So the Answer in Short yes! you can implement an applet like application in .Net too.
.Net Runtime is required to view the webpage which is hosting Control.
Browser's setting is required to download, Run and View that control.
Some Other Security settings may also need to be modified.
Internet Explorer is the Only Browser to date which supports .Net Control Hosting....
For examples see google: "Hosting .Net Windows Controls in Internet Explorer" with modification to this string you can get better/appropriate results as need.
Cheers ;-)
