I want end-user can able to create reports using SSRS, that means at the run time end user create reports

Can you give us more details about the ASP.NET portion of the application If it's mostly concerned with data presentation UI, then the forums at http://forums.asp.net will be able help you. If you're exposing functionality through ASMX web services we can help you here. Some of the SQL Server forums might be able to help as well.
