Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this Q in...

Could someone please give me a step-by-step guide of how to create an installer for a Windows application I've done (C# VS 2005 Pro)... as in how to tell it where to install to ..etc.  Or if you could guide me to an on-line tutorial/link.

- Where to install the app too
- How to add folders to the install directory ... as in I need to add a folder containing images
- Add it to the Start Menu & Desktop

C:\Application
     DataFolder
     ImageFolder
         *.gif
         :
     Application.exe
