Do Visual Studio 2005 express products have updates ?

I was wondering if Visual Studio 2005 products like VC#2005 have updates that need to be downloaded

The check for updates in the Help Menu takes us to Microsoft Windows update and not the VS2005 family.

I'm currently running 8.0.50727.42

there are no updates available but there is an SP due to be released in the next month or so!
