Standard VB.Net Can't view designer

When I try to view the designer I get the following:

There is not editor available for ....Form1.vb

I previously had Visual Studio Trial installed but

uninstalled it before installing VB.Net 2003.

Any suggestions?

Maybe you will have to reinstall Windows... That's "recommended" after

running trial versions or betas...
