Changing Local Admin Passwords-Windows Server 2003

I am looking for a simple script that will allow me to change all my local

admin passwords on all of my 2003 Domain Servers. I'm not too Script "savvy",

so it's been a bit difficult for me to search these groups to find exactly

what I need.
