I CREATE FORM WITH GRID BUT WHEN I RUN FORM IT ASK ME TO ADD RECORD IN BOTH OR ONLY FORM OR ONLY GRID I WANT TO SKIP THAT QUESTION ALSO I WANT IN GRID MORE THAN ONE ROW BUT MY CURSOR MOVE IN SAME ROW

Then don't ask that question in your code.

You do not add a row to a grid, you add row(s) to its underlying source. Check insert into in help.
