MS CRM 3 and outlook

I have MS CRM installed and I have offiice 2k3 installed and windows is fully updated, but I keep getting a message when I load outlook that ms crm server is unavailble, but my we client works well.

Can you access your CRM from Outlook It appears that Outlook CRM client doesn't not have the properly setting for your CRM server. I would suggest and a quick uninstall and reinstallation of the CRM Client.

There might be few possibilities-

1. MS CRM Server is not running

2. The user is in the domain group but not included in CRM User Group

3. Outlook Profile is not configured perfectly

Try out some post installation check, if you have the document

If not, I will send it by today EOD
