Excel Misc >> appearance of cursor/cell outline box

In working with linked spreadsheets, and using the CTRL-[
shortcut, I jump between linked cells. I often find
myself "jumped" to a large spreadsheet, and it takes a few
seconds to locate the cursor/selected cell.(I up arrow and
down arrow to make it jump so I can find it, but thats a
pain)

Is there any way to change the color of the selected cell
cusror/selected cell reference block (from black) or make
it stand out more prominently in any way.

Please note, I'm not asking about putting a border on the
spreadsheets cell, but changing the cursor box which
showess which cell your on in the spreadsheet.
