WindowsServer >> exchange 2003 autoresponder for each email received

Hi There,

We have a single "Support" mailbox that all of our techs check.

We want to set up an "Out of Office" reply that will reply to EACH email
that comes in that says "Thank you for your email, we will respond ASAP blah
blah"...

However the Out of Office Assistant says "AutoReply only once to each sender
with the following text:"

Is there a way of getting it to respond to every email, regardless of
whether the sender has already received the OoO reply?

Thanks!

Windows OS271

I don't know.

You might wish to survey your user base and see what they think of such
things.

Personally I find such autoresponders insulting 99% of the time.

Why not just have the tech that looks at the incoming message either 1)
Handle
the problem or 2) Send a personal "I am working on it" message.

I don't think so. Anyway, you want a ticketing system, not a
groupware mail account.

We are using OTRS (http://otrs.org/), it's Open Source and runs
on Windows without any troubles.
