Error 80040154

Messanger >> Error 80040154 This message says "Service temporarily unavailable", but I can sign in on
another computer on my home LAN.
This machine fails even if I reinstall MSN.

Looks like something has messed up this WindowsXP installation.

Any clues??

I followed the advice about download the the latest service pack of the
MSXML library
