JumpDrive, clicked it on. I got a screen asking what I
wanted to open it with. Selected Money. It went through
the installation questions. Said it would keep a copy of
my old version of Money. Went through the conversion,
but nothing is there. The file contains approx. 2.1 MB.
I also have a My Money Backup d1 and a My Money0 Backup.

to add improved functionality and blackberry support. I know windows mobile
devices work perfectly with Exchange, but how are Blackberries doing now?
If i read an email on a BB will it mark it read? How bout if i delete it on
the BB will it also delete it on the exchange server?
how bout any other pros and cons to either. Any recomendations on hardware
(for BB or WM). Perhaps a recomendation for an easy to use device for those
technology challenged people that i'd like to provide this resource for.
Also an "advanced" device that would satisify my need for the "best" device i
could get.

this report to preview and export to pdf format. But when I try to export to
Excel, I got an error!
The error look like this:
Missing database/matrix in the subreport.

- SVCS >> Drillthrough Reports not working in Webforms Report Viewer ControlI am using SSRS 2005.
I created a report (Report A) which links to another report (Report B). The
drillthrough works fine both in Visual Studio and via Report Manager.
I have an ASP.NET application which uses the Report Viewer Control to
display Report A. When I click the links in Report A to go to Report B, the
Report Viewer Control/IE shows the hour glass as if something is about to
happen, refreshes the page but still displays Report A.
Obviously the link is set up properly and the reports work since linking
from Report A to Report B works fine from Report Manager.
Are there any known issues with Drillthrough Reports not working in Webforms
Report Viewer Control? Are there any special considerations I should know
about? Any special set up I should be doing?
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

- Money >> Double budget entriesNew stupid user here with question about why I get some budget items listed
twice?
(Using advanced budget). For example, under the main budget group labeled
"Insurance", there is an item listed under the heading "Insurance:Life". This
item has a red arrow pointing up to the left of. It is called "My Life
Insurance" with the correct monthly cost listed. This is set up as a bill.
When I click the edit button for this item, I get the screen that shows the
payee details at top of page, with the payment information listed under it.
The "remove" button grays out.
Directly under that item is another item called "Other Expenses for
"Insurance:Life"" with the same correct monthly cost listed. When I go to the
edit screen for that item, it pops up a box titled "Edit Insurance:Life" that
lets you enter a new recurring amount, or change to a custom amount for each
month. It also allows me to "view spending".
The monthly cost for both the "My Life Insurance" and "other Expensesfor
"Insurance:Life"" are added together, which doubles the budget amount.
I'm missing something right in front of my nose, what is it?

- SBS >> Backing up to a client hard driveI have an offsite automated backup of data so i am OK as far as that goes.
What I am looking for is a local backup to one of my client's hard drive
just for a quick local backup if ever needed.
My problem is I get the follwoing message whenever I try to execute the
backup.
"The operation was not performed because the specified media cannot be
found."
I am using the network url and the folder is shared. I have a 60 GB NTFS
hard drive just for the backup.
Any suggestions on what to investigate first?

How would I go about referring to the value of a TextBox within a report? I
have a TextBox that I named "txtCount", in which I use an IIf expression to
selectively count records when in a group. In the footer of the container
group, I'd like to refer to that TextBox's value. I have no idea how to do
it. I tried Fields!txtCount.Value and that didn't work. I can't even refer
to a TextBox's value in the same detail line, so I must be missing
something. Or is it not possible to refer to another TextBox's value?

post to the checkbook. They always have, until recently.
It now says I have 19 transactions and it gives me the correct bank balance,
but for whatever reason it will not post the checks and deposits in the

we successfully integrated a SBS 2003 in our existing Windows 2003
AD-Network. Everything's working fine, except this:
Our existing Terminal Server (Version 2003, which was integrated BEFORE SBS
2003) doesn't show up in the "Remote Web Workplace - Connect to my company's
application sharing server", this point doesn't exist at all (in spite of
Registry-Setting "AppTS = 1"). We allready joined the Terminal Server to
the built-in security group "Terminalservers", but didn't work out. The
Terminal Server exists in the Servermanager under Servercomputers and is
accessible local via Remote-Desktop-Conncetion AND remote via "Remote Web
Workplace - Connect to Server Desktops",
Anyone knows how-to "integrate" the existing Termina Server in "Remote Web
Workplace - Connect to my company's applikation sharing server" ?

- SBS >> WSUS and Daylight Savings PatchI had to manually download and attach the Daylight Savings KB's
to my XP machines and SBS Server.
At Susan Bradley's suggestion I selected "Rollup" KB's besides
updates. I did this over 10 days ago and still the KB's for DST
did not download and install.
On the otherhand my home machines downloaded and installed all
the patches from Windows Update.
WSUS is connecting every day, and is selected in options to
recieve updates for W2k, XP, SBS, 2003 Server, Exchange.
It appears all the patches are getting downloaded, How can I
verify this?

Outlook 2003 is connected to SBS Exchange server. No local PST is used on
workstation. I had to restore the server to a operating system image made 24
hours earlier. Now what I see in the workstation MS Outlook is different
than what is on the exchange server when viewed by OWA.
I was under the impression that MS Outlook's OST file on the workstation
would sync back to the exchange server and update it as necessary. How do I
get them back in sync?

server.

- SBS >> One user to have access to Intranet onlyI want a user to connect to our Intranet. Our server is running
SBS2k3-Standard.
I only want the user to connect to our intranet, not to other computers in
our network.
When readings the remote access help, and other documentation in this forum,
I am under the impression that remote access is not what I am looking for
since I dont need the user to take over a client computer.
As I said, I just want the user to access the Intranet, How do I accomplish
this?

actually part of the Admin group! Furthermore, a user with whom I'm
tring allow to view this report keeps getting prompted for their
windows username and password. I thought that since this datasource
was set to Windows Authentification that it would just pass it through?

Also As far as I know, I've given proper permissions to the right
logins and right users on my SQL Databases and related stored procs
that the datasets (not datasource) run

- SBS >> Backup Failure Volsnap errorsHi,
We are experiencing random failures of NT backup in SBS 2003.
The server has SP1 and all current updates applied.
This is the error that occurs in the event logs:
Volsnap 25:
The shadow copies of volume C: were deleted because the shadow copy storage
could not grow in time. Consider reducing the IO load on the system or choose
a shadow copy storage volume that is not being shadow copied.
The backup is performly nightly and backups to C:\backup\ directory.
A scheduled tape run is the performed later which backups this file to tape.
This error may occur only 1-2 per week, we do not restart the server to fix
this issue. It gerenerally resolves itself on the next backup.
I have adjusted the Volume shadow copy area to 10000mb to ensure there is
plenty of space.
Any suggestions.

- SBS >> Site not created in new Virtual ServerI have been trying to create a new Virtual Server in SB for an external web
site. Although the virtual server is created and appears to be extended
correctly, when the link is clicked on the 'Virtual Server Successfully
Extended' page in SharePoint Admin, to create the web site from the template
picker, the following error page is displayed in the browser:-

- Money >> Money 2007 - First Day of WeekOkay, it's dumb of me to be bothered by this, but I'd really like to find the
answer to this. I remember that, at some point while I was setting up Money
2007 I had a choice as to which day I wanted to be the first day of the week
on the application's calendar. I selected Monday, thinking it would display
the week the way Outlook 2003 does. Well, it doesn't. I'd like to set Sunday
to the first day of the week, but I'm danged if I can find out how to change
the setting again.
Does anyone know?

I need to implement a Colaboration tool to for a Software House
they have about 10 developers and looking to setup a Support System
for them. It will also be used to keep each other uptodate on their work.
(1) Is SharePoint the way to go - or is there a better solution.
(2) Is the CompanyWeb (SBS Built-in SharePoint) worth looking at
or should I suggest a dedicated box with a 2nd Server. Currently a Windows
2003 STD Server running Terminal Services is deployed
Anyone using SharePoint for this type of use??
