Copy/Paste in Forms

Word118
Iâ??m creating a form, in Word 2002, in which several text fields require the

same formatting. I want to format the first field and then copy and paste to

the subsequent fields, but when I do this, the font changes in the pasted

fields and I have to format it back to the original font. Iâ??ve had this

happen in other forms, it doesn't make any difference which font I use, it

always changes to MS Mincho, which is one that Iâ??ve never used. None of the

other formatting is changed.

Surprisingly, this changing of the font is intermittent, it doesn't always

happen and my colleagues have no idea why, any help would be appreciated.

sounds like style and direct formatting fight with each other in your

document.

Best approach is to create a paragraph style in the exact formatting,

and apply it all form fields.

Re:Copy/Paste in Forms

Hi Robert, thanks for the suggestion. That works fine, much better than

having to re-format all the fields.

Re:Copy/Paste in Forms

Thanks Cindy. Its not quite the same problem but I suppose it could be a

similar bug thats causing it. I'll ask my IT techs to look into it for me.
