Offer remote assistance

Windows XP Support >> Offer remote assistance When I try to offer remote assistance without invitation, I have the
following error:

"There is a problem with the invitation and it cannot be opened.
To use Remote Assistance, the sender of this invitation will have to send
you a new invitation."

I configure the novice PC with the necessaty configuration in order to offer
assistance without invitation (also the firewall is well configured, but the
problem occur also when the firewall is off).

I read a lot of doc regarding the configuration, but nothing help.

Any ideas ?
