Windows XP Network >> PC freezes when connected to web Hi, I have a new PC with XP Home installed and fully updated. We conect to
the internet via a dial up modem and after a few minutes work (this does vary
from instant to 10 mins after connection) the PC just freezes solid. There
are no error messages, it jst stops dead. We have to power off and restart.
When not connected to the web all works OK.

The only additinal software inatalled is Office 2003 basic and Norton
Internet Securtiy 2006.

Any thoughts please

Thanks

Nigel
