Fax console

Windows XP >> Fax console Hi,
Am using Windows XP Service pack 2 and trying to use the fax console.
No problems with sending and recieving faxes, but when someone rings in when
i am recieving a fax it disconects it. Have ADSL splitter, on the phone side
i have doubled up phone and fax. Have contacted phone provider they sugested
to have a duet line, for a fee!!!.

Any help please....

Disable Call Waiting: *70

Windows XP >> Fax console Have already disabled call waiting but to no avail.

Windows XP >> Fax console Also how do i distinguish between an incoming fax and the phone, my fax
device is sharing a voice line ???
