Windows XP Network >> Windows cannot connect to the domain, either because the domain controller is do "Windows cannot connect to the domain, either because the
domain controller is down or otherwise unavailable, or
because your computer account was not found."

This is on a Windows 2003 server and is happening on one
of 2 machines. I can logon to the local machine and
through "My network Places" get to the file shares on the
server and then it will recognise the username and PW. is
this a local security issue or a policy issue. The other
machine operates just fine and as far as I can tell both
machines have the same settings. HELP
