customize >> Autocomplete web address problem I can't seem to get rid of the drop down box suggestions. I've cleared
history and still they appear. I've cleared all forms/passwords and they
still apear. I've downloaded and ran "cleaning" programs and still they
appear.

I can disable the drop down, but it reappears from time to time after an
upgrade to IE. My son went to some sites that are for adults and I would
really like to wipe them from my history.

HELP!

Clearing History May Not Remove Pages You Visited Today in Internet Explorer

Clear Recent File Lists - Clears Search History, Run and Search

Also, clear the Recent Documents box under Customize/Advanced.

To prevent History from being stored, run the undo edit on line 101:
