Deleting Temp File (Wise~temp.exe) ?

Windows XP Perform Maintain >> Deleting Temp File (Wise~temp.exe) ? Is it safe to delete a file called "Wise~temp.exe" (8608KB) that I have in
my C:/Documents/~/Local Settings/Temp folder? Have some very large files
with exe extensions, that I am sure where placed there for installation
purposes of a program. Another file I have is named " sp87zry5he.exe" size
1,530,640 KB...I have no recollection where these files came from or what
programs they are associated with. Just need to recover some HD space and
would appreciate any advise on deleting these TEMP folder files .

Yes, the contents of the C:/Documents/~/Local Settings/Temp folder can be
deleted. This is best done right after a reboot.
