Where has my config.sys gone!

Windows XP Support >> Where has my config.sys gone! I need to update my config.sys file to use some old software.
I have recently installed XP Professional upgrade. But now when I search for
my config.sys file i cannot find it. I only need to change two lines.
Files=50 Buffers=10.
How do i do it now? Thanks !

That file is not recognized or used in an NT system, instead edit config.nt
(found in the system32 directory).

Windows XP Support >> Where has my config.sys gone! Have you tried Compatibility Mode instead of doing a config edit ?
