Backup

Windows XP1204
Hi guys...

My problem is simple.. Need restore some files in XP Pro, backup has been made in Win 2000 Pro... Seem's like XP can't do it... It recognize a backup file extension, but that is all... It fails to mark it, and than restore... Any sugestions will be greatly appreciated... thanks
