Windows XP >> False Folder Expansion (+) in Windows Explorer I moved about 50 files from a folder to a subfolder.
Then I moved about 50 more and a plus sign appeared even
though no folder was moved into it. (Not even a hidden
system folder - I set them to be visible.) The plus goes
away with reload or overlaying and returning from another
window. Trivial but odd.

Windows XP >> False Folder Expansion (+) in Windows Explorer I've experienced the same thing several times, but have yet to come up with
or see an explanation. As it has been harmless, I've just ignored it.
