Windows XP >> Powertoy Resizer I have downloaded, from Microsoft, ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe. It's
loaded (Install Shield tells me it's already installed if I try to load it a
second time) but where the heck do I find it? It's not available if I right
click nor is it hiding in the control panel. Embarrassed to ask where is
it? System is running XP Professional.

Windows XP >> Powertoy Resizer Open My Pictures or any other folder with images. Right
click on the image and you will see the option to resize
images.

You can do one or more at a time.

Windows XP >> Powertoy Resizer Have you looked in add/remove software to see if it is shown
as being installed? If it is, why not remove it and then
re-install.

It works just fine on my computer, it does show in
add/remove but not on the start menu.

If you select a picture file, or files, and right click, there will be a
'Resize Pictures' on the popup menu

Thanks Alex but as said in my original post it does not appear when I right
click. I've started my computer in safe mode and still the program is not
there so I'm beginning to think it isn't loaded properly but install shield
tells me it's already loaded if I try to load it a second time. Definitely
puzzled.

Windows XP >> Powertoy Resizer Safe mode only loads the minimum files needed to run
Windows, you need to be in normal boot mode and you need to
install the application as an administrator.
