Windows XP >> Real Player and Quicktime Is it possible to setup Real Player and Quicktime so that they dont
automatically load their update programmes in the back of windows on bootup?

I can turn them off with AceUtilities but they always just return
automatically ........

Each program has the ability under Preferences to turn off the auto

In Real Player, Tools - Preferences, in Automatic Services, AutoUpdates,
uncheck the box and OK. QuickTime I don't have, but expect there would
