This is a message I'm getting now, I have and still getting the Windows

Installer box that keeps popping up as if it's installing something. But it's

not, it's just delaying my work. Because I can't do anything while this box

is displayed on my screen.



Plus, I'm trying to figure out how to re-install outlook express, somehow my

program got messed up. Whenever I try to use Outlook, it pops up with a

window that says a 32.dll file is missing and needs to be re-installed... Any

help please....
